About
Unit 1 is the consultancy of Katherine Hall. I’ve spent 20+ years leading digital strategy and delivery for arts, culture and heritage organisations — as Head of Digital, as founder of an arts-specialist studio (100+ builds), and now as a freelance project manager and delivery lead on project-based and fixed-term contracts.
Recent work includes Southbank Centre (website delivery), The Courtauld (payroll/recruitment/onboarding systems implementation) and a-n (procurement support). Alongside consultancy, I’m a director at Rendezvous Projects, producing audience-facing digital heritage and storytelling across web, film, audio trails, AR and 3D capture.
